sigh. Don't know why that last photo twisted. We were quite shocked when we got off the end of the metro. We decided to take the kids to the last stop just to see what was there... and yeah, it's a different world!
Flip, that totally makes me put things in perspective! Crazy that you just stumbled upon this reality, yet cool that you got to see it huh? So thankful for the roof over our heads X
It makes me so sad thinking that these poor people call these slums home but they just smile and carry on. Brings back memories when in Malaysia and we drove past cardboard boxes which people had set up as their home. I just pray that God looks out for these guys x

man! the landlords really need to waterblast that place...and a coat of paint... :( Poverty sucks
